BACKGROUND
Valneva is a vaccine company focused on the development and commercialization of prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases. My agency was selected to help develop and promote awareness of the mosquito-borne Chikungunya virus prior to the release of the vaccine.
Below is what my team and I created for the pitch.

DESCRIPTION
For this campaign, we had several calls to action for our audience. 
We want travelers to:

✔ Check for symptoms.
✔ Check for the prevalence of CHIKV in the country to where they are traveling.
✔ Check for preventative measures that can be taken before traveling.
✔ Check to see if there is a CHIKV vaccine available (post-approval).

To encompass all of these calls to action and information about Chikungunya, we created the slogan “Check for CHIKV.” 
It's a simple and clear message, and the alliteration makes it memorable. 
The Check for CHIKV campaign would be an unbranded disease awareness campaign centered around a website that would function as our hub of information and provide tools, videos and up to date information about travel and CHIKV that travelers can read, download and share. 
Through social channels, eblasts, paid media we would drive our target audience to the Check for CHIKV website.
